Individual Music Therapy
These individualized sessions are designed to meet each person where they are and focus on what matters most in the moment—whether that’s managing stress or anxiety, processing complex emotions, building self-awareness, strengthening emotional intelligence, or simply having a safe, supportive space to land.
Sessions are trauma-informed and centered on nervous system regulation, offering a low-stakes environment where clients can explore, take creative risks, and experiment without judgment. Activities may include improvisation, songwriting, discussion, mindfulness practices, art and music integration, play-based techniques, and more—always tailored to each person’s needs and strengths.
In one-on-one work, I hold space for both the creative and therapeutic process, supporting clients in building skills, expressing themselves authentically, and deepening their connection to themselves in a neurodiverse-affirming and supportive space.

Family-Based Music Therapy & Parent Coaching
The family is the core of every child’s development. Including a parent or caregiver in therapy can be invaluable for skill-building, learning strategies for home, and strengthening the parent-child connection. No musical experience is required.
I also offer parent coaching for those who want guidance, insight, and practical tools for navigating the joys and challenges of parenting. This work is grounded in a nonjudgmental, compassionate approach, focusing on curiosity, reflection, and exploration rather than judgment.
Together, we celebrate what is GREAT about your child and build from there—enhancing your child’s growth while supporting your confidence and wellbeing as a parent.

Therapeutic Voice Lessons
“Where you live in your body, your voice lives in your body.” Guided by this insight, therapeutic voice lessons offer a trauma-informed, somatic approach to exploring your voice as a tool for self-expression, nervous system regulation, and overall well-being.
Through musical pieces, creative texts, or original writing, clients discover and strengthen their unique voice while deepening their connection to themselves. Lessons are designed to support emotional regulation, personal growth, and body awareness in a safe, compassionate space. Each session meets you where you are, allowing you to explore sound, creativity, and self-expression at a pace that feels right, nurturing both your voice and your inner experience.

Adaptive Lessons
Learning an instrument can offer countless benefits, yet diverse learners often face unique challenges. I provide fully adapted piano and voice lessons for individuals of all abilities—physical, cognitive, or emotional. Each lesson is customized to the student’s strengths, interests, and pace, with flexibility to accommodate energy levels, mood, and focus. Frequent breaks and on-the-spot adjustments ensure a supportive, low-pressure learning environment.
Lessons also integrate music therapy techniques to support social-emotional learning (SEL) goals, emphasizing self-expression, resilience, and self-esteem. Collaboration with parents, caregivers, and other professionals—such as occupational or speech therapists—is encouraged, creating a holistic and personalized musical experience.
